John Trapp on Isaiah 30:19

Ver 19. For the people ſhall dwell in Zion, &c.] Or, For thou, the people of Zion that dwell in Jeruſalem, ſhalt weep no more; Flebile principium melior fortuna ſequetur.

At the voice of thy cry] Thou ſhalt pray; thou ſhalt alſo hear the word of God, ver. 20.21. and reform thy life, ver. 22. ſo ſhall good be done unto thee.

When he ſhall hear it, he will anſwer thee] yea before, chap. 65.24. before thy prayer can get from thy heart to thy mouth, it is got as high as heaven.
