Ver. 9. Break forth into you] This is the ſubject matter of Goſpel-Miniſters diſcourſes: they ſhall call upon Gods people to rejoyce, ver. 9.10. and to repent, ver 11, 12. and ſhall ſhew them that it is as well a ſin not to rejoyce as not to repent.
