Isaiah54:16
Ver. 16. Behold I have created the Smith that bloweth the Coales] i. e. The devil ſay ſome; rather his impes, and inſtruments, thoſe kindle-coales, and tooles of his.
And I have created the waſter to deſtroy] Thoſe brats of Abaddon: I have determined their evil-doings, over ruling the ſame, and directing them to a good end.
