Ver. 9. Be not wroth very ſore, O Lord] Neither over-much, nor over-long; but ſpare us as a man ſpareth his own ſon that ſerveth him. This is commended for the beſt line in all Terence, Pro peccato magno paululum ſupplicii ſatis eſt Patri.
