Ver. 22. When thou ſhalt bring a troop] The Vulgar rendereth it Latronem, a thief or robber: viz. Nebuchadnezzar that arch-thief, whoſe Monarchy was grande latrocinium, and whoſe regiment without righteouſneſſe, was robbery by authority.
