Ver. 16. Hearken not unto the words of the Prophets] Stop your ears to the[illegible: 2 letters] enchantments, and ſeriouſly decline them as ye would do a ſerpent in your way, or poyſon in your meats.
They make you vain] Or, beguile you: Fair words make fools fain: See Rom. 18.18.
