Ver. 19. Great in counſel and mighty in work] See on Eſay 9.6. and 28.29.

For thine eyes are upon all the wayes of the ſons of men] Oh that we could alwayes look upon theſe eyes of God, as looking on us! it would be a notable retentive from evil, and incentive to good.

To give unto every one according to his wayes] Gods providence (which is nothing elſe but the carrying on of his decree) is that helm which turneth about the whole ſhip of the univerſe.
