Ver. 17. Tell us, how didſt thou write all theſe words at his mouth] Praepoſterum movent interrogationem, they put an odd queſtion, ſaith one,Hos fere ſimili reſponſo eludere videtur ſanctus Dei homo. Zeg. when they ſhould rather have bethought themſelves of breaking off their ſins by Repentance. God loves Curriſts and not Quaeriſts, ſaith Luther.
