Ver. 23. I beheld the earth, and loe it was without form and void] Tohu vabohu, as Gen. 1.2. ſightleſſe and ſhapeleſſe. Sermo est hyperbolicus; all was in a confuſion: what ſhall it then be at the laſt day?
