Ver. 39. I will bring again the captivity of Elam] Principally by bringing them to Jeſus Chriſt.In vit. Conſtant. Claruit Theod. Anno 390. And ſo we read, Act. 2.9. of Parthians, Medes and Elamites amongſt thoſe firſt and beſt believers. Euſebius alſo telleth us, that in the Council of Nice there was a Biſhop from Perſia. And Theodoret, a very good man, withal a great writer, ſerved the Churches of the Elamites.
