Ver. 16. Cut off the ſower] Leave not ſo much as an husbandman alive: who yet are generally ſpared as harmleſſe, and uſeful: they were left and let alone by the Chaldaeans when they carried away the Jews, 3 King. 25.12. But here is enjoyned a more ſevere execution.
