Ver. 16. And I will ſcatter them alſo among the heathen] As had been forethreatned, Deut. 28. Lev. 26. But men will not beleeve till they feel. They read the threats of Gods law as they do the old ſtories of forreign wars, and as if they lived out of the reach of Gods rod.
