Ver. 25. That I will puniſh all them, &c] Promiſcuouſly and impartially.
That are circumciſed] Some read it, The circumciſed in uncircumciſion. Unregenerate Iſrael, notwithſtanding their circumciſion, are to God as Ethiopians, Am. 9.7.
