John10:26
Verſe 26. Ye beleeve not, becauſe ye are not. &c.] Reprobates cannot beleeve, yea, they cannot but reſiſt the externall offers of Gods grace. The Word, Sacraments and all Gods common temporall favours are, in reſpect of externall participation, communicated to them by way of concomitancy only, becauſe they are intermixed with the elect.
