Verſe 4. But for the glory of God] Happy Lazarus, though ſick and dead, to be an inſtrument of glory, to be given to God. [non-Latin text not transcribed] Phil 1.20. St Paul ſtood atiptoes (as it were) to ſee which way Chriſt might be moſt magnified in his body, whether by life or by death.
