Verſe 11. Ye receive not our witneſſe.] Our Saviour joyns himſelfe with the Prophets (whoſe writings Nicodemus had read ſo negligently) and takes it for a diſhonour, that he ſhould have written for men the great things of his Law, and they continue ſtrangers thereto, Hoſea 8.12.
