CHAP. IIII.
BAptizing was uſed by the Jewes, before John, or Chriſt took it up; Broughton on Dan. 9. from which cuſtome, though brought in without Commandement, our Saviour authorizeth a ſeal of entring into his Reſt; uſing the Jewes weakneſſe, as an allurement thither.
