Verſe 15. Told the Jews] Of a good intent, ſurely, to honour Chriſt: however it were taken by the ſpitefull Jews, Probi ex ſuà naturâ caeteros fingunt. The Diſciples could not imagine ſo ill of Judas, as it proved. Mary Magdalen thought the Gardener (who ever he were) ſhould have known as much, and loved Jeſus as well, as ſhe did.
