And I dare be bold to say (saith a reverend Divine) that though the act contract the guilt, because the lust is then [illegible: 1 word] up to an height, so that it is come to an absolute will in execution, yet the act of adultery and murther is not so abhominable in Gods [illegible: 1 word], as the [illegible: 1 word] of the spirit: for it is the spirit that he mainly looks to, &c. Think not then that thought is free, for as inward bleeding will kill, so [illegible: 1 word] concupiscence, whatever the Papists say in favour of it, [illegible: 1 word] a condition of nature: and [illegible: 1 word] flow most of their most [illegible: 1 word] opinions, as justification by works, state of perfection, [illegible: 1 word], [illegible: 1 word], &c.
