Verse 17. They worshipped him, but some doubted] Even whiles they worshipped, they doubted: yet was not their worship rejected. The Lord knoweth his still, 2 Tim. 2. 19. But they know not him still, as here in this text: howbeit they are known of him, Gal. 4. 9. and their whole way both known and approved, Psal. 1. 6.
