Matthew9:21-22
Verse 21. If I may but touch his garment.] This was a [illegible: 1 word] saith of hers, and not much inferiour to [illegible: 1 word] of the Centurion. [illegible: 1 word] us in like sort, when we feel the bloudy flux of naturall [illegible: 1 word], [illegible: 2 words] at our eyes, mouths, hands, and other parts, repair to [illegible: 1 word], and touch him by faith: so shall we feel that there goes a [illegible: 1 word] out from him, to heal the seul. As fishes when they are hurt, heal themselves again by touching the Tench, finding the slime of his body to be a soveraign salve: so must we, when wounded with sin, have recourse to Christ, and our faith will make us whole every whit.
