Verſ. 29. Deviſe not evil againſt thy neighbour] Heb. Plow not evil, i. e. plot not. One of the Rabbines renders it, Suſpect not, ſhun evil ſurmiſes, 1 Tim. 6.4. Moſt unkindneſſes among friends grow upon miſtakes, miſpriſions; charity is candid, and takes every thing in the beſt ſenſe, and by the right handle. 1 Cor. 13.
