Verſ. 15. By mee Kings reign] How then can the School-men defend Thomas Aquinas in that Paradox, Dominium & praelatio introducta ſunt ex jure humano, Dominion and Government is of man? This croſſeth the Apoſtle, Rom. 13.1, 2. and the wiſeſt of the Heathens.
