Psalms116:5
Verſ. 5 Gracious is the Lord, &c.] Gracious God is ſaid to bee, and mercifull, that wee deſpair not; Righteous alſo, that wee preſume not. Or, faithfull in performing his promiſes, as 1 Joh. 1.9. and this was Davids comfort amidſt his ſorrows.
