Psalms119:107
Verſ. 107 I am afflicted very much] Uſque valde, extreamly: If David bee ſo fully bent to obey God, hee ſhall have troubles great ſtore, 1 Tim. 3.12. All that will live godly, and are ſet upon it, ſhall ſuffer perſecution. Zeal for Chriſt draweth troubles to it ſelf, as the wind Caecias doth clouds.
Quicke[illegible: 1 letter] mee, O Lord, according to thy word] Help mee to keep my promiſe, to perform mine oath; notwithſtanding theſe troubles growing upon mee. A vow made without prayer is never kept.
