Psalms31:17
Verſ. 17. Let mee not bee aſhamed] i.e. Diſappointed of my hopes.
Let the Wicked bee aſhamed] For they call not upon God, but ſhame thoſe that do, Pſa. 14.4.6.
Let them bee ſilent in the grave] Let their big-ſpoken mouthes be ſtopped, with a ſpade full of mould.
