Verſe 10. Shall rejoyce over them] As they did at the Councel of Constance, Ibid. 1622. The Pope cauſed the Maſſacre to be painted in his Palace: thoſe of Ireland he will ſurely pourtray in his Chappel or Oratoury.

Theſe two Prophets tormented them] As Elias did Ahab, Jeremy and Ahab, their ſlagitious countrey-men; and as the Martyrs here did their perſecutours.
