Every entry is flagged as approximate where Ussher himself or modern scholarship diverges; ancient dates before the divided kingdom are conventional, not certain, and the data file's header says so plainly. The curation itself is Berean's own work from public-domain sources.

All 3,597 sermons of the New Park Street Pulpit and Metropolitan Tabernacle Pulpit (63 volumes, 1855-1917) with the Library's metadata: title, year, appointed-text reference, collection volume, facsimile PDF URL, and the site's scripture-chapter taxonomy, whose book slugs match the canon exactly. The transcription is faithful to the printed text with no editorial apparatus. Canonical sermon numbers ship where the Library records one, backfilled from the printed publication block where the record carries it (469 sermons; combined issues like '39-40' kept, polluted values dropped and logged); 77 records carry no chapter tag and stay out of the Passage Guide; 17 stubs ship without body text and point to the facsimile PDF. Stored as data/sermons/index.json plus per-sermon reader files under data/sermons/texts. Raw GraphQL pages kept out of git; provenance in data/_sources/spurgeon-sermons/PROVENANCE.md; built by scripts/build-sermons.mjs. Ships in the Passage Guide's Sermons section and the sermon reader.

The project's copying page lists copyright per hymn part (words, translation, music, setting) inside each file and places every part marked 'public domain' outside copyright in the United States; its own produced content is public domain. Berean ships the words only: the build (scripts/build-hymns.mjs) admits a score when its copyright line claims the public domain with no dated claim on the words or lyrics, and the 16 files whose words ride a 'free for Christian worship' license or a modern words copyright are excluded and recorded. 250 hymns ship from the 306 scores: verse text recovered from the sung underlay and the after-score blocks and checked letter-for-letter against the release's own text edition (or the project's current lyrics page for scores the 2014.06 ThML omits); scripture references from each file's %OHSCRIP line, validated against the canon (two printed references fail and sit in the build report); each hymn carries author, translator, meter, tune, and its printed lyric source. Vendored at data/_sources/openhymnal/ (see PROVENANCE.md); built into data/hymns/index.json and data/hymns/texts. Ships in the Chapel hymnbook, the hymn reader, and the service composer's hymn elements. Music, settings, and the project's scores themselves are not shipped. The Scottish Psalter remains the planned psalter below; the Olney Hymns (Standard Ebooks' public-domain production) is the registered candidate for the next hymnal supplement.
