Acts19:17
17 And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.
They feared (after this example of Gods not holding them guiltless that had taken his Name in vain) to prophane the Name of Christ, and much more to blaspheme or speak against it.
His Authority, which the unclean spirit could not resist; and his Doctrine and Ministers, whose Defence God had undertaken.
