33 I have coveted no mans silver, or gold, or apparel.
Having spoken of the heavenly Inheritance, he tells them how willing he was to have his reward hereafter, and to wave receiving his wages here. In this, St. Paul imitates Moses, Numb. 16.15 and Samuel, 1 Sam. 12.3, 5.
