Isaiah43:12
12 I have declared, and have saved , and I have shewed , when there was no strange god among you : therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God.
I first foretold your deliverance, and then effected it.
I foretold it. This branch he repeated, because this is the principal argument used here, and Chapter 41. to determine this controversy between God and Idols.
And this I did when you did not worship any Idols, and therefore it could not be pretended that you had this knowledge from them.
